Annual and periodic maintenance contracts covering AC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs for villas, residential buildings, offices, retail and warehouses.

Reactive repairs are expensive and disruptive. A planned maintenance programme spots small issues early, keeps systems running efficiently and gives you a single accountable team.

  • Electrical checks on accessible fittings, DBs and lighting
  • Doors, locks, hinges and general fixings
  • Minor repairs within the agreed visit scope
  • A written visit report with photos and recommendations

  • Monthly — twelve planned visits per year, typical for commercial premises
  • Priority and emergency response tiers can be added

Use the Cost Estimator to see how frequency and urgency affect your indicative annual budget.

For facility managers

For buildings, offices and warehouses we can align visit schedules with your operations, report against agreed checklists and support asset registers. Scopes and service levels are confirmed after a site survey.

FAQs

Planned Multi-Trade Maintenance: your questions.

What is the difference between quarterly and monthly maintenance?
Quarterly plans include four planned visits per year and suit most homes. Monthly plans include twelve visits and suit commercial premises or properties with heavy usage. Both include multi-trade checks and minor repairs within the agreed scope.
Are spare parts included in a maintenance contract?
Consumables listed in your contract are included. Major parts and larger repairs are quoted separately for your approval, so you always know what you are paying for.
