Everything you need to know about our services, pricing, bookings and safety guidance in Dubai.
General
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
We cover residential communities and commercial districts across Dubai, including Downtown, Dubai Marina, JLT, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Al Barsha, JVC, Mirdif, Al Quoz, Deira and Bur Dubai. If your area is not listed, ask us — coverage is confirmed when you request a quote.
What types of properties do you maintain?
Studios and apartments, villas and townhouses, penthouses, retail and office units, full commercial buildings and industrial warehouses.
Pricing
How accurate is the online Cost Estimator?
The Cost Estimator gives an indicative budget range based on our standard Dubai trade rates, your property type, quantities, attendance frequency and urgency. It is not a binding quotation. The final price depends on a site inspection, the confirmed scope, access, materials and other conditions.
Why do you show a low and a high estimate?
The low figure is a baseline for straightforward work. The high figure reflects a more comprehensive scope, such as additional parts, difficult access or more extensive repairs. Most jobs fall within the range; your formal quotation confirms the exact price.
Do priority and emergency attendance cost more?
Yes. Priority attendance within 24 hours adds 15% and emergency response adds 40% to the indicative estimate, reflecting rescheduling and out-of-hours resources.
Booking
How do I get a formal quotation?
Use the Quote Wizard to share your property, services and preferred timing, or message us on WhatsApp. Our team reviews your request and confirms the scope, often after a site visit, before issuing a formal quotation.
Can the AI assistant book a technician for me?
No. The AL-SAFFAT AI assistant can explain services, help you choose the right one and point you to the Cost Estimator or Quote Wizard, but it cannot confirm bookings, prices or dispatch technicians. Bookings are confirmed by our team.
Safety
What should I do if I smell gas?
Do not switch any electrical devices or lights on or off, avoid flames and sparks, open windows if safe, leave the property and call Civil Defence on 997 from a safe location. Do not attempt to find or fix a gas leak yourself.
What should I do in an electrical fire?
Never use water on an electrical fire. If it is safe, switch off the main breaker, leave the area, close doors behind you and call Civil Defence on 997.
