Good to know
How estimates work.
Is the estimate a quotation?
No. It is an indicative budget estimate to help you plan. A formal quotation is issued after we confirm the scope — usually following a site inspection — and only an accepted quotation is binding.
What is the difference between the baseline and comprehensive figures?
The baseline reflects straightforward work at our starting rates. The comprehensive figure allows for additional parts, more complex access, heavier soiling or a larger extent of work. Most jobs fall within the range.
How are quarterly and monthly plans calculated?
Quarterly plans apply a 3.4× multiplier to a single attendance (four visits a year at a planned-programme rate) and monthly plans apply 9.5× (twelve visits). The estimate shows the annual budget and an approximate per-visit figure.
Why are figures rounded?
We round commercially — to the nearest AED 50 for smaller jobs, AED 100 for mid-sized jobs and AED 250 for large scopes — so the estimate reflects a realistic budget rather than false precision.
